Residence Tirreno is located in the heart of Borgo Coscia, an ancient district of fishermen "outside the walls", in a quiet pedestrian oasis on Via Garibaldi characteristic Liguria "carruggio" (lane) at only 20 meters from the beach of fine sand, ideal for families with children of all ages.
The building (former Hotel Pesce D'Oro) with more than 100 years of history has been radically restructured in 2008 from foundation to lofts.
The apartments, studios, lofts and two-rooms-apartments are modernly furnished creating a fresh and pleasant atmosphere for both Summer and Winter vacations.
The residence, while working independently, is closely linked to Hotel Tirreno located directly in front of the residence.
There is therefore the opportunity for residence guests to use the private beach of Hotel Tirreno in addition to accommodate guests in hotel rooms.
In Via Garibaldi in a radius of 200 meters from the residence there are a small supermarket, a butcher, a bakery with bread, pizza and focaccia, a greengrocer, newspapers, a tobacconist, bars, osterias and small restaurants.
The center of town is only 800 meters from our residence.
